Our careers have been rooted in leading and scaling premium home service brands across Quebec and Florida, where we developed deep expertise as hands-on operators, coaches, and consultants — supporting franchise-wide marketing strategies and driving operational excellence across more than 100 markets. In 2022, we co-founded NorEast Services with the goal of building a multi-brand company that could serve more markets and sectors, while creating real growth opportunities for our people. That vision led us to Grill Hero — a brand we believed in enough to invest in as our second franchise. With our combined background in scaling service businesses and a shared passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we're committed to bringing the same operational standards and professionalism to Palm Beach County that we've spent our careers building.
